Life Happens!

It took us a month to find a home and we are loving it! I felt like I was on vacation for a few weeks and then I started to open boxes - so much stuff! Ready just to open them in garage and take what I want to keep and then have a yard sale saying take the rest. We were really spoiled to have so much storage available in our Mapleton home. I miss our custom kitchen and yard. Now we enjoy nevada sunsets on walks to the mailbox and swims in the pool. Enough yard to play. Things are looking good at work too. Life doesn't always go as planned but I know that "The Lord is in the details of our lives" (Pres. Monson) Crazy times with an adventure in everyday. Of course life with little ones have consistency too. Mostly bowel movements in or out of the toilet. Potty training can and does casue this momma to curse sometimes. :) Thought that ran across my mind the other day. I thought: I had charity and love for all people ...until I went on a mission. I thought I was a patient person...then I became a mother! Like my mission I need to pray to have the Lord's help raise these children and thru his tender mercies may i be granted patience in rasing these children. Funny things to that make my heart laugh. Children dressing up in crazy costumes asking is it Halloween yet? Mostly Jace but oh boy does he say the funniest things. It has made a world of difference since removing his tonsils in June. Or now when typing Bryan just brought me over a handful of screws and washers informing me that he took them out of the stools! Nice! It is fun to watch them try to figure things out... He insisted on opening he own granola bar today which meant he came back asking me for help five minutes later.... Haley throwing on my old joker costume hat. We love how she throws he head back and laughs. She is hilirous and she knows it. She has even figured out that she can get away with things when she flashes her smile. She is only 16 months old! Lilly is picking up on things at school :( some peoples children. she was singing "thats the way uh hu I like it' - Her daddy asked me if I taught that to her. Of course not. I told her that comes from the cheerleading types from school. Great! She and Jace hosted their own tea party yesterday after school. They had all four of them eating and using their best manners... I loved it! Have a beautiful day! For those around mountains and fall trees ENJOY them and throw them in the air for us! :)

Haley's Already One!

She is one of the toughest little girls I have ever seen. People will tell us that she looks too little to be functioning on such a fast and high level. Hey, when your the youngest of such a group you have got to be fast. She is very well balanced and daddy and I love how she takes out time of her i gotta run schedule to give us hugs and cuddles. She is as sweet as she is quick! We love her! quick facts about our baby! eight teeth. took first steps on 9 month. started walking at ten months. can tuck phone under ear/chin and dodge Bryan while running. First seriously scrapped up knee this week. loves giving daddy kisses and often leans in and steps back. she is a tease. can pull Bryan off laundry basket. learns everything from her brothers and sister. wants to be as big as everyone else. loves to swim loves playing in the water. will run through sprinklers. has captivating big blues eyes and a catagious smile! very much loved by many!
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS!
Daddy found a butterfly in the cold grass while mowing. He said to grab the camera and the kids and come take a look. After holding the bitterfly we set it on the flowers out front. They asked if we could keep it forever. I said it would happier outside in nature so we played and watched it for a while. When it warmed up again it flew off... don;t worry it still comes around to say hello now and again....and that is why our kids call butterflies Ella... they named her of course! :)

Happy New Year!

Christmas morning! How special that Christmas was celebrated on the Sabbath day.

Bryan and his very best friend!!! He is always by her even if she is trying to fall asleep. He gets her food and toys. He is very attentive to her every need.

New Years Eve tradition of wearing the crowns and hats we have had for five years! Let's see how long they will last! :)

Lilly girl! What a hoot you are!!!

Jace trying his hand at photography. We took pictures of the entire Tibbals family. We will all be together again after Dewey gets back from his deployment next year.

Miss Haley ready for the New Year! She is completely mobile now. Crazy how fast they all grow!

What's in your Broom closet?

Three little monkeys live in mine.
What do you want for breakfast I ask.....
giggling is all I here.
One day when I pulled out the cold cereal for breakfast Jace quickly went to the pantry. Opened the door and pulled out the pancake batter saying. " I said I wanted breakfast!" Which meant mom I want pancakes and eggs. MY boys are all meat and potatoes guys.

"All done"

'All done' Says Bryan at the table.
'I'm done my princess Mommy' - Lilly every time she poops. Letting me know it is my turn to wipe her bum. 'Is it all gone, mom?' 'Yep, I say and tell her to flush and wash.' She says she will do it herself (wipe before she goes to school)and sometimes she does.
"It's OK Mom! It's OK." Jace loves to say.
Medical update - Past month
Jake - Carbon monoxide poisoning, passing five kidney stones, allergies and a head cold. Poor man of mine!
Jace and Bryan have both had ear infections.
Lilly and Jace are recovering from a summer viral thing.
Mom - still pregnant with all sorts of the symptoms but won't bore you with details. Lets just say I feel that my body is 'All DONE'.
Here's a thought for those of you that notice when you are starting to get a head cold or sore throat are anything like it. Drink a few quarts of Red raspberry leaf tea. I like mine sweetened with honey. It really does cut the time in half if not completely. I love the stuff, um Jake not so much. The kids are starting to ask to have some. Plus it is good for growing babies - which I have been doing for the last few years:)

What no pictures?

I thought I would just write a few things while I was thinking and just post them before I didn't even that much done. A friend's father of mine told me of how he knows people that print of their blog entries every year and binds them in book form to keep as their family journals. I loved the idea and so here I am. I don't have much time these days for fun scrapbooks or other forms of journals so here I am rambling on and on. I will one day catch up with the tech of things and hopefully be quick at posting the pictures. Until then reading is our update. I find myself writing on the back sheets of the child's well check forms that the doctors office hands out. This gives a short glance of what each one has been up too.
Speaking of reading we ordered a program to help us teach the kids to read. So far they love learning! We are still in our first week and already are seeing results.
I am looking forward to having them join in reading during family scripture time.
